I seem to have a new computer
I hopefully have bought a dual 1ghz ultimate quicksilver (2002) powermac G4, to run a cinewave HD system ( I already have the cinewave HD-SD box and the relevant breakout box) using RT 4.0 or (Final cut pro)
Its running the panther version of OSX. My only problem now is getting it to interface to a belkin KVM, and the small matter of never having run mac, knowing slightly more about BSD, and knowing nothing about running either FCP or RT.
other than that things are dandy
I know have two seriously high end editing suites
1. a Toaster VT4 (HD capable)
2. a Cinewave HD (mine is the breakout box on the left)
maybe I should actually go out and shoot some video now - with my betacam sp based Sony DXC325
um perhaps not - don't have the tuits/spoons
